Return and refund

We have a 14-day online return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be advised that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in the case of errors on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you should then send your items back to our office at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be refunded. The right of return is not applicable in the following cases:

• Products that have been customized for you, like for instance yarn wound off to customers specific ordered weight or yarn composed to customer specification.
• For sealed products when the seal is broken.
• Digital content which has been downloaded.
• If the product has been (partly) used and not returned whole.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unless the refund or exchange is because of a fault we have made, shipping costs will not be refunded or covered by Woolunatics

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the store credit of your account.
